Kids

We offer private and group classes for toddlers up to high schoolers. Introducing yoga to children in their early childhood years will assist them in developing their mental and physical strength. Group yoga classes are a combination of age appropriate yoga postures, yoga dance, yoga games, songs, lecture, and meditation. These classes are offered at day care centres, preschools and schools. Private yoga classes are offered at the individual’s home.

Adults

Our mission is to help make yoga accessible to everyone. We offer Hatha yoga classes that focus on fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation skills. Each class is concentrated on a different theme, such as: Yoga for the Lower Back, Pain Relief, Yoga for shoulders and neck, restorative yoga for deep relaxation, etc. We offer group and individual yoga classes.

Seniors

Yoga has numerous benefits to seniors. It can reduce age-related respiratory problems, cognitive decline, hormone insufficiency, sleep problems and depression. Classes emphasize breathing, posture alignment and balance work. Chair Yoga has become popular for older adults that have concerns getting up and down from the floor. The Chair offers support and provides safety. Chair Yoga makes yoga fun.

Jie Man

Hello, my name is Jie, founder of Panda Yoga Vancouver. I am a certified yoga instructor. I specialize in teaching yoga to children and older adults. My yoga teaching experience has led me to believe that, no matter the age, a regular yoga practice may help us develop a deep understanding of ourselves. This understanding can enhance our mental and physical well-being. My mission is to help people of all ages build inner strength and lead a fulfilling life.
